""The staff at Balance are awesome. Very smart, kind, and such a benefit to this community. Jaimee provided excellent therapy that seriously progressed my healing through PTSD. I appreciated the approach that provided a decent amount of realistic guidance and suggestions such as help setting SMART goals and mindfulness practices. Additionally, I appreciated the professional knowledge and insight provided in each session with respect and integrity. The therapy session balanced allowing me to express myself while providing the feedback needed to make progress. I am impressed by Jaimee, and am sure that the other providers are just as talented and genuine and you could find a good fit with the diverse team that Ashley, the business owner, and the team are building together. I would recommend anyone needing these services to reach out to balance to take that step!"”
